All models of the Dynamax Medicine Ball have undergone extensive testing and are designed to endure repeated impact in all athletic training and fitness situations. Over the past 30 years, NCAA athletic programs, high schools, fitness clubs, and professional sports franchises have used our products and the incidence of warranty replacement has been less than 0.25%. The seams on a Dynamax Medicine Ball will not fail unless the product is abused by repeated impact against a rough, aggregate surface or slamming the product on the ground from overhead. Dynamax Medicine Balls have been tested to withstand repeated impact against any relatively smooth, reinforced wall.

• At its discretion, Dynamax Inc. will repair or replace any defective Dynamax Medicine Ball for up 2 years from the original purchase date.
• The purchaser must provide a valid proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
• The liability of Dynamax for a breach of this warranty is limited to repair or replacement only and all warranties are subject to Dynamax approved use guidelines. Such warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express and implied warranties whatsoever, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
